Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between NCR Atleos and the assigned retail clients including communication, problem resolution & escalation of issues on behalf of the client.
• Partner with Account Executives (sales) to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are met, per the service contract, including SLA and branding compliance.
• Participate with customer initiatives to help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in regular meetings with customers to review their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired contractual outcomes.
