In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our major automotive customers—including Mazda, Subaru, Honda, and Volkswagen—and our logistics operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate tracking, and exceptional customer service. You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery for key automotive accounts (Mazda, Subaru, Honda, VW), ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment
