About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D team at our location in Jiuting, Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as a Customer Lead Engineer:
Cross-functional and global coordination: Work independently with Sales to align customer requirements and coordinate across ZF TSO, engineering product groups, and global customers.

Technical project and platform development leadership: Drive clarification of platform-related technical topics, lead development coordination, represent ZF engineering to customers, and manage cross-project specifications and standards.

Acquisition-phase technical leadership: Lead project engineers for platform component acquisitions, proactively manage technical topics, and report development status to management while supporting Sales with customer-specific technical strategies.
