About the Role
As a Customer Insights Manager, you'll develop and implement a customer insights strategy for diverse industries. You'll conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event performance and client satisfaction.
Reporting into our Marketing Director, this is a permanent full-time role based in our head office Chatswood, Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
