Customer Hub Advisor - Basildon Ford

Allen Motor Group is looking to recruit a number of Customer Hub Advisors to join and work within our Ford Contact Centre team, based in Basildon. As a Customer Hub Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care. You’ll be focused on making sure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and aligned with our service standards.

We have a range of hours and days available, from a minimum of 20 hours up to 40 hours per week, between 8am and 5.30pm. These roles are offered on a permanent basis, with an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour , reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader.
