Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario on a Contract basis. This on-site opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting customer order activities in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will help manage order information, assist with picking tasks, and contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations. This role is expected to start as soon as possible and is initially planned for a short-term assignment.

Experience with SAP is a must, especially with SD Modules.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and order information accurately into internal systems while maintaining up-to-date records.

• Process paper-based orders and convert them into digital entries for efficient handling and tracking.

• Support order picking activities to help ensure items are prepared correctly and on schedule.
