Reports to: Customer Experience Learning & Development Senior Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting with responses to, auditing, and templatizing frequent customer questions.
- Assist the Customer Experience Learning & Development Senior Manager in developing and maintaining evergreen reference materials.
- Research, write, edit, and create templates, glossary terms, and various product-related databases.
- Collaborate with Product Development & Compliance, to provide education and product information that is accurate, current, consistent, and compliant.
- Ensure that all educational materials are compliant according to internal compliance and regulatory standards set by the FSQA Department.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- One to three years of experience with vitamins and supplements.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and cross-functionally, as well as effective in solo work.
