Customer Experience Operations Associate

Your role

• Provide operations and admin support to the Service Department in the execution of marketing strategies
• Prepare details and research customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members
• Monitor the progress of different customer installation and servicing projects
• Coordinate with other departments, external providers, and suppliers about customers and brands being handled

About you

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Analytical and has strong attention to detail
• Results-driven and a team player
