Customer Experience Manager

• Tamworth, Staffordshire (Hybrid-Working)
• Up to £60,000 per year + Car/Car Allowance

• Proven experience in a customer experience, customer success, technical account management or service delivery role.
• Professional, customer centric and presented in a great manner for both customers and team
• Assertive and confident behaviour with a robust character and resilience to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience managing complex customer journeys involving hardware installation, commissioning and technical fieldwork.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage customer expectations.
