• Guarantee delivery of best‑in‑class Customer Experience.
• Manage strong supporting processes to continuously improve Agents’ soft and hard skills.
• Improve Customer Journeys together with Marketing, Digital, and IT.
• Monitor Customer Experience KPI dashboard.

Qualifications

• Technical Competencies:
  • Expertise in Customer Journey mapping.
  • Expertise in Feedback Management methodology.
  • Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, etc.).
  • Ability to build and follow Customer Experience Dashboard.
