Customer Experience (CX)

sits at the heart of everything we do. This role goes beyond traditional support. You’ll be a

CX champion , ensuring every interaction builds trust, clarity, and confidence, especially as we introduce new financial products like

credit cards, payments, and credit features . You’ll be the first touchpoint for our customers and a key voice shaping how SMEs experience Pice.
