Customer Experience Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Client & Stakeholder Engagement Associate to support one of our U.S.-based clients in a high-touch, relationship-driven role. This position focuses on stakeholder experience, engagement, and relationship management, and is not a customer support role. The successful candidate will be embedded within the client's operations and will be trusted to engage senior professionals with a high level of professionalism, clarity, and discretion.

In this role, you will manage consistent 1:1 outreach to stakeholders, primarily via email and supported by LinkedIn and phone communication.
