The ideal candidate has prior experience in a medical office, law firm, or professional service environment , and thrives on clear communication, empathy, and precision.
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring that every case or appointment runs smoothly, documents are accurate, and clients feel fully supported throughout their journey.
