The Customer Experience Associate will oversee and coordinate the customer journey at our Peach Cars yards. As the first point of contact for every buyer and seller, you will play a critical role in ensuring each visit is seamless, professional, and well-managed from start to finish.
This role sits within the Customer Operations team and works closely with the Sales and Quality Assurance teams to ensure every yard visit is consistent, accurately documented, and continuously informs improvements to the overall customer experience.
