Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations on Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues.
Responsibilities
- Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
- Attends to sales and service needs of customers
- Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
- Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
