We are looking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality customer support in English and Spanish. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and Spanish
- Provide information and support related to various products and services
- Handle inbound and outbound call programs
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
- Gather and capture relevant customer information, assess interest in the client's products or services, and perform warm transfers when required
- Work on a single program or manage multiple programs during a typical workday
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- English level C1 (advanced) – required
- Fluent Spanish communication skills
