We are looking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality customer support in English and Spanish. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and Spanish
Provide information and support related to various products and services
Handle inbound and outbound call programs
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
Gather and capture relevant customer information, assess interest in the client's products or services, and perform warm transfers when required
Work on a single program or manage multiple programs during a typical workday
Perform other duties as assigned
