Job Description
An international company operating in the Food & Beverage ingredients sector is currently recruiting a Customer Operations Specialist to support its French-speaking customer portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of customer service, sales support, and order management, ensuring a high level of service across the full order-to-cash cycle.
This position works closely with Key Account Managers and regional commercial teams, acting as a key operational contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating closely with sales and internal teams.
- Manage customer orders end to end, from order entry through shipment and invoicing.
- Validate customer data at order stage, including pricing, commercial terms, exceptions, and specific logistics requirements.
