Customer Engineer

**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a talented **Customer Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Engineering** for our **Engines Office Turkey Country Support Department** in **Istanbul or İzmir,** **Türkiye** .

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Serve as the technical liaison between OEMs and customers during new product development programs.
+ Apply Cummins products to customer vehicles by developing technical specifications and implementing design configurations.
+ Deliver high-performance, cost-effective equipment and system solutions integrated with customer products.
+ Investigate integration and installation issues, recommend actions, and document resolutions.
+ Support and improve processes such as Installation Quality Assurance and OEM integration using tools like COLS and GCE.
+ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and VPI Teams to provide product data and installation requirements.
