Customer Delivery Driver/Picker

Position: 40 hours per week, any five days in six, including bank holidays.

Our drivers are responsible for delivering frozen meals to customers, working in a coldstore at –20°C and providing exceptional customer service to bring sunshine to doorsteps.

Salary: £13.45 per hour plus bonus and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
• Pick orders within the coldstore
• Use the delivery app to update customer deliveries
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Help the office team and picking team when required
