Customer Delivery Driver/Picker

This role involves working 24 hours per week, any 3 days in 6 days including bank holidays. Our drivers are the face of our business, delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to customers' doors. £13.45 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
• Pick orders within the cold store
• Use our app to update customers on deliveries
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Help the office team and picking team when required
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
