Customer Delivery Driver/Picker

Overview

Work 24 hours per week, any 3 days in 6 (including bank holidays). Deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals to customers, bringing sunshine to their doors. Work within a coldstore at -20ºC with protective clothing and breaks to warm up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update customer deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Assist the office and picking teams when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist teammates in absence or on holiday.
