Pay

Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £14.18 an hour; increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

Hours

Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Option to work fewer hours, down to a minimum of 12. 3 weeks' notice of shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure van and trays are clean, tidy and organised.
• Maintain clean, tidy and rubbish‑free rest area, picking up litter.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required, checking for roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions, refunds.
• Take care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
• Explain that customers will not be charged for substitutions.
• Deliver during the customer’s time slot...
