Pay and Hours

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores within the M25. Minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

About the Role

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver groceries to customers across the country. The role involves driving, loading and unloading goods, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the team at base.

Responsibilities

• Keep the van and trays clean and organised.
• Maintain the return yard tidy and free of litter.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van and check for roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about order changes, short‑codes, substitutions and refunds.
• Handle products and deliveries responsibly.
