Job Description

1. Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer order process: quotations, order entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination

  • Communicate with customers on orders, availability, timelines, and documentation

  • Coordinate shipments, prepare all shipping and compliance documents

  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams

  • Maintain accurate CRM and order data

  • Resolve customer issues, claims, and escalations in a timely manner
  • 2. Competences, skills & experience

  • Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support

  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferably BPCS, 1C, CRM tools)

  • Understanding of logistics, documentation, and trade compliance processes

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
