Job Description

                We're looking for talented customer service agents to join the CSR Holdings team.

This position is for an international telecommunications client. Ideally, we're looking for candidates with call centre experience in an industry with a recurring customer base (telecommunications, media, insurance, energy etc.)

Please note, you'll be working night shifts in this position. We do, however, arrange transport for all of our employees from their homes to our office (we know it's hard getting around at night)

Requirements

Some baseline experience: Worked in customer service or a call centre environment previously, for a minimum of one year.
