In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for regional quotations/ enquiry and follow up through SFDC, including assigning potential demand to regional sales team Prepares and administers all commercial documentation such as formal quotation, contract and the relative agreements，and do the proper record retention Coordinate with other departments to follow the customer or sales demand, ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, through the relative ERP system Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, delivery, service or others, and determines what corrective action needs to be taken Goods delivery monitor and coordinate with customers to pick the goods on schedule， arrange the shipment Payment collection & credit support and monitor, assists Finance department with account receivable on cash app...
