About the Role

Juniper is seeking a culturally responsive and community-focused Customer Care Lead to join our Home and Community Care (HCC) team in the South Perth Metro region. In this vital role, you will work to onboard new CHSP clients within the South Metro area and support a case load of CHSP clients.
