The Role

We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Geraldton Trade Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, in person and over email. There is a lot to learn; making this role ideal for someone willing to learn and who is comfortable creating a great customer experience!
