What We're Looking For

- At least 18 years old
- Graduate of Senior High School or High School (Old Curriculum)
- Willing and excited to work onsite in Naga
- Open to a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts
- Has a valid NBI Clearance (Applicants with NBI will be prioritized!)
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent English communication—spoken and written
- Great with people and a natural problem-solver
- Proficient in MS Office and web applications
- Fast and accurate typing, sharp comprehension, and top multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced support environment
- Previous BPO experience is a plus—but not required!
