The position

As a Customer Care Agent and valued member of our Global Customer Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian and English speaking OEM customers, delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support. In this role, you will help create an exceptional customer experience by managing inquiries, qualifying requests, processing orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
