Customer Care Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is on the search for a new challenge.

Our team is growing and we are hiring Customer Care Agents for a receptive agency in our Palma Office for Summer Season 2026.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Telephone support to our clients and agencies.


• Transfers’ schedule confirmation.


• Lost and found assistance.


• Assistance to customers with claims or emergencies.

• Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.


• Customer service oriented.


• Fluent English, writing and speaking.


• Intermediate level of German or French. Other languages will be valued.


• Flexible working schedule. Available to work night shifts.


• Office Package knowledge.
