What you'll do

• Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring successful resolutions for both the customer and the business.
• Conduct thorough root‑cause analysis and collaborate with internal departments to gather all necessary information.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, web‑based and social media complaints, prioritizing responses and maintaining case ownership.
