- Identify growth opportunities and develop business strategies to drive commercial performance across multiple sales channels.
- Lead end-to-end execution of channel strategies, monitor performance, and continuously refine plans to ensure target achievement
- Drive expansion of routes to market, identifying new customer segments and store opportunities to unlock incremental growth
- Lead and develop field teams, including Supervisors and Store Leaders, to strengthen execution capabilities and performance
- Ensure strong in-store execution excellence, aligning commercial plans with operational delivery
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business plans
