We’re seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Wagin Branch on a full time basis at one of our Multi Channel Branches!
Rosters are predetermined. Please ensure you are available for the following roster before applying:
Full time, 38 hours/week:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.51pm.
What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
A blend of contact centre and branch-based customer service, supporting customers across both digital and face-to-face channels.
Monday & Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:
8:30am – 1:00pm: Contact centre support
1:45pm – 4:51pm: Supporting our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions and assisting our cust...
