What is a Multi-Channel Branch?

• Between 9:30 – 1.00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.

• After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying please ensure you are available to cover the following roster

Part Time Roster (25.25 hours per week):

• Monday: 9.00am – 5.00pm

• Tuesday: OFF

• Wednesday: 9.15am – 5.00pm

• Thursday: 9.15am – 5.00pm

• Friday: 9.30am – 1.30pm
