We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries in German, French, Italian and English on various topics related to card payments, in accordance with our work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
