Individual will be responsible for achieving both sales and order financial plan performance for both the buy/sell and manufacture representative sleeves of the two-way radio business by leveraging the indirect channel partner ego- system.
Responsible for the overall make-up of the channel which includes but not limited to: recruitment of new partners and/or modifying existing channel partners territories, cancellation of under performing channel partners, training and mentoring of channel partner’s sales/support resources.
Establish strong business relationships with channel partners. Develop business and marketing plans to insure growth of the channel partners and the channel as a whole. Drive key Motorola Solutions initiatives through the channel while conducting formal business reviews and on a quarterly basis, present a formal territory business review to peers and channel management.
