Job Description
- To review and determine the correct customs tariff classification (HS Code) according to product types
- To ensure accurate duty rates and related control measures
- To provide HS classification consultation to customers and relevant departments
- To verify all customs-related import and export documentation
- To include entry forms, invoices, packing lists, and other required supporting documents
- To process the application of customs privileges such as BOI, FTA Forms, and Section 29
- To do Duty Compensation, supporting both customers and internal departments
- To coordinate with customs brokers, the Customs Department, and other government authorities
- To resolve issues and follow up on the status of customs procedures
- To control operations in full compliance with customs laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
