Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendors to ensure timely customs declarations, adherence to KPIs, and full compliance with company SOPs.
• Coordinate the daily flow of documentation, ensuring all required permits and other government agency approvals are obtained prior to customs submission.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑clearance activities, including accurate billing, coordination of duty and tax disbursements, and digital filing of approved permits.
• Proactively identify potential customs clearance bottlenecks and engage clients early to resolve issues, minimising risks of port storage or demurrage.
• Maintain and govern the client SOP repository, ensuring customer‑specific requirements are accurate and kept up to date.
