Custody Systems Senior Business Analyst VP

• Lead implementation, testing (UAT), and deployment of the TCS BaNCS Global Securities Platform (GSP) custody system
• Coordinate testing activities, manage vendor deliverables, and validate end-to-end custody processing workflows
• Translate custody operations requirements into detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and technical specifications
• Act as the key liaison between custody operations teams and external system vendors
• Monitor daily system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage system configuration and setup
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve straight-through processing (STP) efficiency
• Design and oversee reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy between custody systems, market utilities, and client reporting
