The Learning Experience in Schertz is seeking a dedicated, dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our children, families, and staff. Cleanliness and safety are a top priority in early childhood education, and this role plays a critical part in keeping our center operating at the highest standards.


This position is responsible for daily cleaning, sanitation, light maintenance, and safety checks throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works independently, and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy environment for young children.

• Perform daily visual safety checks inside the building and around the playground and exterior areas
 • Immediately report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to center leadership
