***Pending contract award*** Clean, sanitize, dust, vacuum and maintain good housekeeping for assigned buildings and structures. Duties and Responsibilities * Police outside of building. Physical security of the facility. Control of assigned parking areas.* Snow and ice removal IAW Snow Removal Plan (sidewalk and entrances).
