Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation Center on JBER, AK. Applications are open to ages 18 and older. Flexible employees have work schedules that depend on the needs of the activity. You may work a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Flexible employees may be subjected to on call work in addition to hours posted on the schedule. Responsibilities Maintains areas of Outdoor Recreation in an orderly and clean manner. These areas include, Famcamp showers & restrooms, Otter Lake Cabins, Black Spruce Campgrounds, and administrative areas within ODR. Dusts ledges and woodwork. Empties ashtrays and waste baskets. Occasionally works on ladders/scaffolds to clean. Cleans glass partitions, inside and outside windows, using stepladders and extension ladders.
