Custodial Supervisor

Primary Purpose

The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and general oversight of the custodial department. Collaborates closely with personnel to maintain a safe and clean campus environment as well as serve as a member of the leadership team for Facilities.

Essential Functions

Supervise custodial operations to ensure employees have appropriate resources to perform their jobs and meet expectations. Assign work to staff via the FAMIS work order program. Supervise and maintain rental equipment and supply inventory. Assign and supervise work assignments. Manage community expectations and provide support with customer service interactions. Monitor custodial performance, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
