Cushion Assembly Coverer

Sportsman Boats is looking for dedicated, hard working Cushion Assembly Coverers to join our Upholstery department.  

What you will do:

+ Stuff and fit cushions following patterns

+ Staple and secure fabric to framework 

+ Inspect cushions for defects, damage, or stains

+ Compare physical characteristics of materials or products to specifications or standards.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment

+ Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

To be considered you must have:

+  Ability to stand and work with your hands for 5+ hours/day

+ Ability to lift cushions 

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Detail oriented, proactive and able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

+ Advanced verbal communication skills

+ Advanced time management and organizational skills
