The Role

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support the school's policies and procedures
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and environments

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young people or within schools preferred
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A flexible and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
