Culture Development Lead in DEI

Advance the DEI agenda at CCPA with a strategic role from Ottawa in a hybrid capacity. This position aligns DEI initiatives with the organization’s vision while enhancing cultural practices.

As the DEI & Culture Development Lead, reporting to the Executive Advisor/Risk Management Director, you will implement initiatives aimed at improving engagement. Work collaboratively with teams to analyze policies through an equity lens while conducting impactful research to guide DEI strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of DEI initiatives aligned with strategic goals
• Integrate equity into operational policies and practices
• Propose evidence-based mitigation strategies for equity issues
• Monitor and assess DEI progress and outcomes
