Job Description
Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
* Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.
* Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.
* Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
* Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
* Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
