Work with the restaurant manager to prepare and organize seating plans. Ensure pre-opening duties are completed and staff are assigned sections.Ensure closing duties are completed accurately. Effective team management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of food service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
